Paul R. B. Derks
I am a grandson of general contractors and have extensive experience in leading construction, rehabilitation, and renovation projects across the country. My work on various mission trips has encompassed a wide range of tasks, from roofing and framing to flooring and drywall, and everything in between.
I am a devoted husband and father of two who enjoys outdoor activities. I am also pilot and hold a Bachelor's degree in Songwriting. Currently, I am house hacking with my family in Duluth, Minnesota.
Not only did these mission trips educate me on carpentry skills, it gave me a passion for helping people. That is the idea behind “Imagine” Properties. Although currently in its infancy, I hope Imagine Properties will one day be a pathway to home ownership for my tenants, if that is what they are pursuing. I want to be a landlord that gives, not takes.
